📦 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long will it take for my CrystalSphere to arrive?
Shipping time is 7-12 business days from when you place the order.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders regardless of the shipping address.

Do you ship to all of Spain?
No, we don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. However, we do ship to the rest of Spain, as well as to Portugal and other countries in Europe and the Americas (including Latin America).

💎 PRODUCT AND QUALITY

What material is the sphere made of?
It is crafted from high-transparency K9 crystal, the same material used in premium jewelry. The 3D engraving is done using microscopic precision laser technology.

What size is it?
The sphere is 5cm in diameter. It's the perfect size for a desk, shelf, or bedside table.

Does the LED base come included?
Yes, each sphere includes the LED base with CR2032 batteries. It comes ready to use right out of the box.

How does the lighting work?
The LED base has touch control. Simply touch the button to turn it on. It operates on 3 CR2032 batteries (included).

Can the design be seen without light?
Yes, the 3D engraving is visible in both natural light and darkness. The LED lighting enhances the details and creates a projection effect, but the sphere looks spectacular even without light.

Is it fragile? Does it break easily?
K9 crystal is very durable for normal use on a desk or shelf. However, it is real crystal, so we recommend not dropping it from a height. It comes in reinforced, shatterproof packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.


🎁 GIFT AND PACKAGING

Could it break during the journey to my house?

It is true that the CrystalSphere are made of glass, but we personally ensure that the packaging is completely safe, separating the sphere from the LED base so that there is no impact between them that could fracture the glass.

Can I send the gift directly to someone else?
Yes, just enter the recipient's delivery address during checkout. The package will not include an invoice with the price.


🔄 RETURNS AND WARRANTY

What if I don't like it or it arrives damaged?
You have 30 days to return it, no questions asked. If you're not 100% satisfied or if it arrives damaged, we'll give you a full refund. Just contact us by email or Instagram.

How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email us within the first 30 days and we will arrange the return. We will refund the full amount once we receive the product.

Who pays for return shipping costs?
If the product arrives defective or damaged, we'll cover the return shipping costs. If you've simply changed your mind, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

What do I do if my sphere arrives broken?
Contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We'll send you a replacement at no extra cost or give you a refund—it's up to you.


🎨 DESIGNS AND AVAILABILITY

How many designs do you have available?
We currently have 17 different designs, ranging from starter creatures to legendary gods. We add new designs every month based on demand.

Can I request a design that I don't see in the catalog?
Of course! Contact us via Instagram (@crystalsphere) or email with a reference image and we'll add it if it's technically feasible. We usually respond within 24 hours.

Do the designs sell out?
Yes, the most popular designs tend to sell out quickly. If you see "Available" on a design you like, we recommend reserving it as soon as possible. We restock every 2-3 weeks.

Do you make custom spheres with my own creature?
We don't currently offer 100% custom designs, but we're working on it.

💳 PAYMENT AND SECURITY

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments. All payments are processed securely.

Is it safe to buy from your store?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and certified payment processors (Shopify Payments/Stripe). We never store your payment information.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Do you have a physical store?
For now, we only sell online to offer you the best prices. This way, we avoid rental costs and pass those savings on to you in terms of quality and price.

⚡ TECHNICAL AND USAGE

How long does LED lighting last?
LEDs have a lifespan of over 50,000 hours (years of daily use). You'll practically never need to replace them.

Does it consume a lot of energy?
It does not consume energy, as it runs on button batteries, and lasts approximately 20-30 hours of continuous use.

Does the LED base get hot?
No, modern LED technology generates very little heat. You can leave it on for hours without any problem.

Can I leave it on all night?
Yes, it's completely safe to leave it on as a nightlight. Many customers use it for that very purpose.

Are the batteries included?
Yes, we include 3 CR2032 batteries so you can use it right away.

🛒 SHOPPING AND ORDERS

Can I modify my order after purchasing it?
If you've just placed your order, please contact us immediately via email or Instagram. If we haven't shipped it yet (within the first 24-48 hours), we can easily modify it.

Do you provide invoices?
Yes, you will automatically receive your invoice by email. If you need an invoice with company details, please indicate this in the order notes.
